Minor Issue ($950)
Partial Functionality - The customer can see the unit in BCC, but there is an issue like no ETH connection, Radio not detected, external damage, etc.
Major Issue($1,900)
Non-Functioning - The customer knows that there is major damage, the unit cannot be seen in BCC, pulls down POE/blows fuse, known ingress, surge, dead, etc.
Upgrade Failure ($250)
Bricked - The customer knows that the unit failed during an update, or power was cycled during an updgrade.
